His doctor Leopoldo Luque is now being investigated for the death, reports the Argentine newspaper Clarín. They are suspicions of negligence that may have caused Maradona’s death.
It is the San Isidro Prosecutor’s Office that has received the order to investigate the house and the doctor’s office. This is after the testimonies of Maradona’s three daughters, Jana, Dalma and Gianinna.
He will be summoned for questioning
They must have questioned the medication their father has received in recent months.
Luque will be summoned for questioning on Sunday or Monday.
As long as there are reasons that allow further investigation, it will continue, says Clarín. About 30 policemen are involved in the investigation.
In court, it had been decided that Maradona would have constant monitoring by a neurologist and that there would always be an ambulance available, according to Clarín.
