Large increase in the number of new covid 19 cases after a weekend, and a new death, reports Blekinge Region.
After the weekend, 92 new cases of covid-19 have been found, bringing a total of 1,748 cases of covid-19 since last spring’s outbreak. This was reported by the Blekinge Region on Monday.
At the moment, nine people are being treated at Blekinge Hospital, one of whom is receiving intensive care.
Since last Friday, one person has died in the covid-19 suites, and a total of 22 people have now died in the county as a result of being infected with the coronavirus.
