Sundh, who received a severe blow to the head, was taken to hospital.
– There is no bleeding or head injury. But it doesn’t feel right, says Thomas Fröberg, Oskarshamn’s sporting director.
Örebro’s player, Emil Larsson, has reported to the SHL disciplinary committee after entering yesterday’s game against Oskarshamn.
It was in the third period that Oskarshamn’s Oscar Sundh was tackled by Emil Larsson and hit on the head. He fell to the ice where his head received another blow. Sundh was carried on a stretcher and taken to hospital, where he was examined overnight.
– There is no bleeding or head injury. But it doesn’t feel right, says Thomas Fröberg, sports director at Oskarshamn, and says that now Sundh was allowed to go home.
According to the report, Larsson runs the risk of being punished by charges.
