Eight young women went together to the Karlskrona police station and were told that they had been exposed to the same type of crime.
They had come to know that photos of them had been posted on various porn sites reaching millions of people online.
Researcher: “Very rough porn”
The images had various forms. It could be a normal photo of one of the women in a bikini on the beach, a photo taken during a party, or a photo taken in a sexual context.
– When you see these images, you understand that they are not pornographic images. These are everyday images, but they were on pages with very crude porn. It must have been very humiliating to see yourself on that side, Police Inspector Ann-Sofie Loverin tells Blekinge Läns Tidning.
According to the newspaper, one of the vulnerable women was an ex-girlfriend of the convict and all the victims had connections with each other.
Three months in prison
When the 27-year-old was questioned by police, he immediately admitted the crimes and claimed that he had published the photos as “a cry for help.”
He also pleaded guilty to child pornography after being caught with 253 images and 14 movies showing child pornography.
The Blekinge District Court now convicts him on that charge and several cases of flagrantly illegal invasion of privacy after spreading the women’s photos on porn sites.
The total value of the staff is a sentence of more than one year in prison, but since he has advanced in his mental state, he is sentenced to three months in prison and probation with a special treatment plan.
