During the night, a bus with a gas tank on the roof got stuck in Klaratunneln at the entrance to Sveavägen.

During the night, several working hours are expected to get off the bus.

Until then, the road is closed.

The entrance to Klaratunneln from Sveavägen is blocked after a Keolis bus got stuck. The bus stops just before 9:00 p.m.

– It was a bus that ran on line 76X today and was supposed to drive back to the garage empty, says Karl Orton, Keolis technical manager.

When the bus reached the Klaratunnlen, it entered there despite the fact that the tunnel ceiling is lower than that of the bus. Keoli buses are three meters and 30 centimeters high, they are 30 centimeters taller than the height of the Clear Tunnel.

The bus has a gas tank on the roof, but there have been no explosions or injuries.

It takes time to let go

– It usually takes a few hours to get loose, but I hope it doesn’t affect the morning traffic, says Karl Orton.

Towing has been ordered and rescue service is on site to dispose of the car.

The jam probably shouldn’t affect the SL traffic in any way.

– The bus was not traffic, but it would be if the bus is damaged and cannot be used, says Johan Nordgren, SL press officer.
