The Gang Leader’s Mocking Laughter – Shout out gender words in the hallway

In February this year, the police blew up a suspected drug lord in Vårberg, south of Stockholm. Up to 23 people were charged with interference, but the trial at the Södertörn District Court itself has been fraught with problems.

Recently, a lawyer was fired after smuggling letters to a detainee, and the trial is now suspended.

And in court, it has been complicated on several occasions. When a police officer was about to testify in early November, he encountered a “pig noise.” The questioning became chaotic and towards the end, a 22-year-old man, who was singled out as the leader of a gang, had a fit. He screamed, among other things, “your sister is a whore”, “you are a son of a bitch the whole group” and “whore”.

“Unsustainable and dangerous”

The guards carried him out of the room.

– Of course, it is very serious if a witness is threatened during the ongoing questioning of witnesses, says prosecutor Paulina Brandberg.

The day after the outbreak against the police, she, together with her colleague Lars Ågren, sent a letter to the district court stating that, in the future, the 22-year-old and a co-defendant would be transferred to the so-called courtroom. interrogations.

“The disturbances, which have been taking place since the beginning of the hearing, affect the possibilities of carrying out the trial with legal certainty”prosecutors wrote. Also, you can read that “We have also received information that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service perceives the situation as unsustainable and dangerous.”

The Swedish Prison and Probation Service confirms that a report of threats has been filed against an official in connection with the trial.

Several of the defendants have expressed themselves during the trial with threat and disdain. Gender words like “whore” have been spoken several times. Judge Sara Rosén is heard reacting in the audio recording.

– So you’re leaving here and now, he says, among other things, and:

– So what is this?

– Now you’re calm.

Security guards and police

Sara Rosén says now, while the trial is on hold after the dismissal of a lawyer:

– There have been riots and various types of unacceptable behavior in the courtroom during this hearing, and it is very concerning. There have been acts that could be considered criminal. But this is something that is now being investigated by the police and prosecutors.

He goes on to say that the court has taken various steps to eliminate the riots.

– This implies, for example, direct notices, expulsions of people from the room and relocations. We have also had additional security guards and police on site.

The 22-year-old, who denies the crime, is defended by lawyer Frida Wallin. She doesn’t want to comment.

The gang sold drugs and seized parts of the property in Vårberg, according to suspicions. In February, the police attacked and now 23 people are being prosecuted.
