The day after the outbreak against the police, she, together with her colleague Lars Ågren, sent a letter to the district court stating that, in the future, the 22-year-old and a co-defendant would be transferred to the so-called courtroom. interrogations.
“The disturbances, which have been taking place since the beginning of the hearing, affect the possibilities of carrying out the trial with legal certainty”prosecutors wrote. Sara Rosén says now, while the trial is on hold after the dismissal of a lawyer:
– There have been riots and various types of unacceptable behavior in the courtroom during this hearing, and it is very concerning. There have been acts that could be considered criminal. But this is something that is now being investigated by the police and prosecutors.
He goes on to say that the court has taken various steps to eliminate the riots.
– This implies, for example, direct notices, expulsions of people from the room and relocations. We have also had additional security guards and police on site.
The 22-year-old, who denies the crime, is defended by lawyer Frida Wallin. She doesn’t want to comment.
