The announcement comes after negotiations between the government and the Liberal coalition parties and the Center Party.
Previous support, which was introduced in the spring, expired at the end of July. The new announcement means that companies can request support for August, September, October and three months before.
The companies that can apply for the aid must have lost 50 percent of their turnover in three months 2020 compared to the same period last year.

AID FOR THE TRANSFORMATION OF AFFECTED COMPANIES
Support for adjustment came into effect in June this year. The objective of the support is to allow companies to overcome the acute crisis derived from the covid-19 pandemic and, at the same time, to facilitate companies to adjust and adapt their operations.
In the same way as before, the adjustment support is granted with 75 percent of the percentage of loss of turnover, calculated on the fixed costs of the company for May-July 2020. For the support period of May 2020, Adjustment support of a maximum of SEK 75 million per eligible company and for the support period of June and July 2020 a maximum of SEK 150 million per eligible company.
Under the proposal, companies can also receive a tax deferment for one year, which the government has proposed to extend for another year.
By early September, adjustment support was extended for three months and then applied to May, June and July.
