A man in his 25s was injured with some kind of sharp object in Kristianstad. Police say he has stab or cut wounds and is investigating the incident as an attempted murder. He has been taken to the hospital by ambulance.
– We have a fairly large presence in the hospital, but also in the place to work, says police spokeswoman Evelina Olsson.
The man was found outdoors Wednesday night and police put up major barricades in the area. They were later raised. They also searched with dog patrols and it is unclear if anyone has been arrested.
– We do not want to go into that, possibly tomorrow we can communicate something about it, says Evelina Olsson.
