Donald Trump tweets that he is heading for a major victory.
In a later statement, he writes that his opponent is about to “steal the election.”
Twitter has flagged the statement due to suspicion of misleading content.
Shortly after six thirty (Swedish time), Democrat Joen Biden gave a speech to his followers in Wilmington, Delaware.
Cheers and car melodies overwhelmed Biden’s voice as he entered the tunes for “Higher and Higher.”
– I think we are on our way to winning this election, said Biden and listed the results in leading states that so far speak in their favor.
He mentioned Pennsylvania, among other things, even though the vote count is far from complete there and the final result is likely to be delayed.
Biden urged his supporters to be patient, saying that neither he nor Donald Trump can say they have taken home the victory yet.
– I want to thank all my followers. We will win this.
Trump: A BIG WINNER
Seconds after Biden’s speech, Donald Trump responded with a statement on Twitter.
“I’ll make a statement tonight: A BIG WIN!”
In a subsequent tweet, Trump wrote that his opponent is about to steal the election.
“We will never let them do that.”
