No, Joe Biden will not hesitate if the news companies announce that he has won the presidential election.
According to Axios, it has to do with the 2000 elections, the results of which had to be decided in court, something that many have thought could happen again this year, if the results are even.
Then George W. Bush declared himself the winner, while his rival Al Gore and the Democrats took a more defensive stance, despite the fact that the elections had not yet been officially decided.
Axios has information that Joe Biden will begin to form his government as soon as he is declared the winner, even though Donald Trump plans to take the result to court.
According to Joe Biden’s campaign manager, the candidate leads by eight percentage points, Axios reports.
At the same time, the Trump campaign believes they are likely to win big.
“We believe in a landslide victory,” White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said in an interview with Fox News.
Threatens to take legal action in Pennsylvania

In Pennsylvania, for example, there have been questions about Pennsylvania’s extended voting period. Following a Supreme Court decision, votes can be counted for three days after Election Day.
President Donald Trump has been very clear on what he thinks and has threatened to take legal action against that decision.
