Django was left paralyzed after he was severely stabbed in the summer of 2018 in connection with the police who arrested a man in Landskrona.
The man then stabbed the police dog, who was saved by the blade that grabbed his rib. After three operations, Django was able to return to service almost two months later.
As recently as January last year, he saved the lives of his mother and two children.
But now the dog has fallen asleep. On their Instagram, Söderåsen police write that Django was injured in an accident during an operation.
