Three points the team needed were at stake when Eskilstuna hosted Djurgården at home in Tunavallen. The team was in eighth place (Eskilstuna) and ninth (Djurgården) on the damallsvenska table with 20 points each before the match.

It looked like Eskilstuna would take it home for a long time, but Olivia Schough, who showed good form, most recently in the national team’s winning matches against Latvia and Iceland, where she scored in both matches, turned the match around. But Eskilstuna withdrew, turned the game around again and eventually won 3-2.

Eskilstuna took the lead Just before the break of forward Felicia Rogic. In the middle of the second half, the receipt came from the guests. Hannah Wilkinson caught a missed pass from Eskilstuna and served the ball to Olivia Schough who made it 1-1.

A draw that gave Schough and Djurgården new energy. Just two minutes later, they had turned and led through Schough. Just outside the penalty area, he grabbed the ball and landed a dreamy shot, the ball going just under the crossbar to 2-1.

Eskilstuna was close to equalize, among other things, through a rib strike from Kaisa Collin and then when Gunnarsdottir dropped the ball right in front of Loretta Kullashi who was right in front of goal. But it was until the 87th minute before the goal came through Ngozi Okobi-Okeoghene. Just three minutes later, Felicia Rogic, a 1-0 scorer, sent a post into Djurgården’s goal and gave Eskilstuna a 3-2 lead with just extra time.

The home team persevered and took the three points and thus rises the table. He now has four relegation zone points with two rounds to play.
