BK Häcken screamed for a penalty three times

Haris Radetinac gave Djurgården the lead after just eight minutes. BK Häcken tried to get the equalizer and screamed on penalties three times during the first half. First when Aslak Witry took his hand in his own penalty area and then when Patrik Wålemark was sent off in the penalty area and finally when Johan Hammar was trampled by Haris Radetinac at the end of the half. But Judge Mohammed Al-Hakim acquitted on all three occasions.

Instead, Djurgården received a penalty in the 69th minute after Gustav Berggren knocked down Fredrik Ulvestad. The Norwegian took over the punishment and handled it safely. The 0-2 also showed the score after 90 minutes played.

– It was a fair victory. We finished at a disadvantage and then Djurgården took on new energy and we were able to play the match in a good way, says BK Häcken head coach Andreas Alm.

He gave his opinion on the penalty situations in the first half.

– I haven’t been to the judges. But once Aslak Witry got the ball in his hand. They said it was not assessable and so on. It is as it is, says Andreas Alm and continues:

– We must show the judges that we are worthy of punishment. We need to have more weight, show that we are at home and that we want this. “I didn’t think we convinced Mohammed that we deserved punishment and then we didn’t get any,” he says.

How do you intend to show it to the judges?
– With body language, and not be sad, and show that this is what we want very much, so that the judges feel that “they are with and want this”. I don’t think we can convince them that way. When situations arose, no clear decision was made and situations were exhausted without a decision. We must improve there and feel more evident and make the judges feel that we are worthy of punishment, says Andreas Alm.

BK Häcken missed the offensive threat Daleho Irandust. Alm thinks it looks dark in terms of the star’s participation in the road game against Hammarby on Sunday.

– I don’t think I’ll play on Sunday, says the coach.

Hisingslaget is now in fourth place and the top three will qualify for Europe. The question is whether they occupy a European place.

– I think it will be difficult for us to go through Djurgården, but we will do what we can. We will do what we can to get to Europe, but now we seem to be on the bridge, says Andreas Alm.
