It is one of the most iconic skyscrapers in Manhattan. 55 stories high. Located right next to Central Park. Formerly known as the Time Warner Center, but will soon house Deutsche Bank’s New York office.
Due to the large data breach from the Swedish security company Gunnebo, which DN has disclosed, the building’s security drawings are in the hands of criminals. The drawings are very detailed. Floor after floor, it shows how rooms and hallways are located, but also where surveillance cameras, access barriers, and other security features are located.

The 30 page document, As a pdf file, it is part of the huge leak with sensitive material from the security company Gunnebo, which DN was able to report on Tuesday. It is not clear how it is intended to be used. But it is dated to mid-June this year, and the main German bank Deutsche Bank is known to be preparing to move into the skyscraper sometime in 2021. It is then expected to change its name to Deutsche Bank Center.

DN has been in contact with Deutsche Bank’s US operations, who do not wish to comment on the information. The real estate company that owns the skyscraper has not responded to a request for comment.
Gunnebo specializes in physical security, such as protection, alarms and surveillance, and often emphasizes in its marketing the number of sensitive companies it works with. Everything from banks and airports to government agencies and even nuclear power plants.
But another category they are casinos. The leaked material, which DN has read, contains drawings of security rooms or arches for at least one casino in the Netherlands, which is run by the state-owned Holland Casino. There are also invoices, showing details of which security gate Gunnebo was ordered. Together, they provide several clues as to how the casino is built to protect money and other valuables.

Holland Casino operates 14 casinos across the country and last year had sales equivalent to 7.5 billion SEK. DN has requested Holland Casino without success.
Other drawings give an idea of how luxury shops are built, with underground vaults to store exclusive watches and other valuables. One represents a Rolex store, with several floors and what appears to be an arch, nine times four meters in size.
