KD leader Ebba Busch has had her application for legal registration rejected, Expressen reports.

According to the National Land Survey, important and critical details are missing from your application.

Now she may be forced to sign a new agreement with Esbjörn, 81, who wants to cancel the real estate business.

Lantmäteriet rejects 33-year-old Christian Democratic party leader Ebba Busch’s request for legal registration in the real estate deal with 81-year-old Esbjörn, Expressen reports.

According to the National Land Survey, important and critical details are missing from your application.

Esbjörn and Busch have been in dispute since he sold her family’s farm on the outskirts of Uppsala. Esbjörn regretted it the next day and has wanted to cancel the deal ever since.

He claims that he has memory problems and does not remember that he signed a contract and felt pressured to complete the deal.

Busch has claimed that she did not pressure him and that she perceived him as clear and distinct during the process. He has threatened in writing to take the case to court if Esbjörn does not complete the purchase.

Request not approved

On October 5, Busch submitted a digital application for legal registration, which has now been rejected because the entire purchase contract has not been submitted. The cover of the agreement is missing, with the sum of 3.9 million SEK. The signing of Esbjörn has not been witnessed by anyone and the purchase contract has not been presented as an original document.

“When the application is resubmitted, the purchase letter must be drawn up in accordance with the terms of the contract and the seller’s signature must be witnessed by two people for legal registration to be granted. Instead of appealing the decision, you can submit a new application for legal registration along with an original acquisition document and other possible documents that may be necessary for legal registration to be granted.“He says in the decision.

Now Ebba Busch must submit a new application in order to become the legal owner of the property and, in other words, sign a new agreement with Esbjörn, as well as two witnesses.

– I intend to discuss these issues directly with the representative of the counterpart. I don’t think this is an issue that should be addressed in the media. I make contact directly through the counterpart representative, says Ebba Busch’s legal representative, Expressen’s lawyer Katrin Björklund.
