At the same time, Ebba Busch pointed out that, under certain circumstances, he might consider terminating the deal without going into detail about what it would take to meet the man.

The purchase contract was signed by Ebba Busch and Esbjörn within their family’s farm on the outskirts of Uppsala. The contract is dated August 20 and the acquisition would have occurred on September 16. The purchase price was set at SEK 3,900,000 for the beach property. Ebba Busch paid SEK 390,000 in advance.

Ebba Busch has threatened in writing to take the old man to court to continue the deal. This was partly in the form of a handwritten letter from the KD leader to Esbjörn, and partly in a letter from lawyer Katrin Björklund that Ebba Busch hired when the deal was about to fail.

From Ebba Busch’s letter he wrote on September 16 when Esbjörn did not attend the meeting at Swedbank in Uppsala, where the deal would have been completed between the two and the property would be hers. “We must be heard, otherwise this will be a legal process and Nordström and its partners will take over. Lawyer Katrin Björklund is unequivocal with her message to Esbjörn:

If you do not complete the purchase voluntarily, my manager is considering a better right action in court. Since no reasons have arisen giving you the right not to complete the sale, I assume that your action there will be confirmed. In a situation where the matter must be decided by a court, the losing party will be responsible for the legal costs of the other party. Like I said, the buyer will probably demand damages from you according to the law. ”.

With the help of his representative Johann Binninge, Esbjörn has tried to cancel the deal with reference to Esbjörn’s lack of memory.

“Esbjörn does not remember when he signed the contract and says that Ebba has pressured him a lot and is very sad and cries when he tells it”the agent wrote in a letter to Ebba Busch’s attorney.

However, Ebba Busch did not point out anything new, but the threat against Esbjörn that he would be brought before a court remained latent over him.

It was rather an escalation of the dispute surrounding the real estate deal when Ebba Busch stepped in and demanded legal registration of the property amid an ongoing dispute.

On October 5, Ebba Busch applied for legal registration with Lantmäteriet using her personal bank identification. With the digital application, he attached three pages of the purchase contract, including the last page with his signature and Esbjörn’s, which was on the last page of the purchase contract.

All three pages were photographed by herself and included as an appendix to the electronic application.

But Ebba Busch had missed or hadn’t understood, or hadn’t read, the instructions on what a full application should look like in order to be approved.

Ebba Busch made three mistakes that led the Lantmäteriet administrator to reject his application for legal registration.

Instead of appealing the decision, you can submit a new application for legal registration along with an original acquisition document and other possible documents that may be necessary for legal registration to be granted. ”.

Ebba Busch must meet Esbjörn

Ebba Busch has been notified of the National Land Survey’s decision.

– The application has been rejected, confirms Monika Hägg from Lantmäteriet, who states that the applicant must submit a new full application. Otherwise, there will be no legal registration and that means she is not the legal owner of the property.

Lantmäteriet’s rejection shocks Ebba Busch, who now has to try to sit down with Esbjörn again and get an agreement signed in which two witnesses also watch when he signs.

But that is unlikely to happen if you don’t change in a possible new meeting. Esbjörn representative Johann Binninge wants to comment on how his client feels about a possible meeting with Ebba Busch.
