For many years, Moderna Försäkringar has distinguished itself by its exceptional service and availability in combination with its experience in handling claims. Now the receipt has concluded that the hard work has paid off – the company took home the top positions in the latest industry survey from the Swedish Association of Insurance Brokers.
Moderna Försäkringar ranked first and second respectively in the two categories of the survey. For Kajsa Peedu, Business Area Manager Business and Industry, the good result is a welcome confirmation that the company’s strategy is paying off.
– Since we do not have our own salespeople, but only deal with business with brokers, it is essential to have a good relationship with the brokers. While we’ve certainly always gotten very positive feedback, it’s great fun that we rank so well in the industry survey. It gives us proof that we are doing the right thing.
Requires good cooperation
In the survey, insurance intermediaries were also asked to indicate which factors they considered decisive for an insurance company to be successful and a first choice. In the end, three words crystallized: claims management, accessibility and competence, all three have been keywords at Moderna Försäkringar for many years.
– Claims management is something that all insurance companies deal with, but it is when the damage really occurs that companies differ: our most satisfied customers are those who have actually suffered claims. It is when the damage occurs that our most important delivery occurs.
However, in order to offer a good solution to end customers, good cooperation is needed between those who handle claims and those who sell and quote the insurance, i.e. the underwriters.
– Accessibility and competence are linked. Today, expectations for accessibility are extremely high and to meet the requirements of customers and intermediaries, we are constantly working to increase our already high level of competence.

– We care about everyone who sits with us and there is daily contact between intermediaries, clients and us.
