An area around the Karlshamn police station was cordoned off after an unknown object was found in a mailbox outside the building. Police bomb shelters were called to the scene and the package was shot down, but it turned out that it did not contain anything that could be considered dangerous.
Roadblocks led to the evacuation of a health center and the National Dental Service in Karlshamn, and according to the Blekinge region, operations were closed for the day.
The road blocks were lifted at 12 noon.
