Police received an alarm at 7:47 pm about a shooting in south Biskopsgården, where three people were said to have been shot at the front door.
Witnesses tell police they heard five to seven shots in a row. Two people were injured in the shooting. One person has been injured in the leg and another has received “a scratch on the back, not on the body.” None of the injured are feared to have life-threatening injuries.
– Nothing is guaranteed at this time. What we do know is that it is a house that has been bombed, says Stefan Gustafsson, press spokesman for the West Police Region.
The site is cordoned off and a preliminary investigation has been launched under the title of attempted murder. According to SOS, there are four ambulances at the scene, but at the time of writing, no one has been taken to the hospital.
Children involved
In a later update, police announce that three young adults and a child must have been on the property, which is now cordoned off while they wait for technicians.
– No one is under arrest. The police have contacted those involved, which is natural. They are one of the few people who know what happened.
Masked person left the scene
At least one masked person must have left the scene in connection with the shooting.
Shortly after 8 pm, the police issue information that they have decided to start a so-called special event.
– It is a measure that we implement on our part. This is so that those leading the effort can hire a higher proportion of staff than usual, and now they have all the staff available, says Stefan Gustafsson.
They now wish to receive information from witnesses about the incident and urge the public to contact 114 14.

– You don’t understand what can happen like this. That’s horrible. I have lived in Biskopsgården my whole life and it is usually very quiet here. I’m not immediately afraid, but of course you feel a worry inside.
Later in the evening, the police announce that the prosecutors took responsibility as heads of the preliminary investigation.
