New measures in France after increased infection: Paris closes all bars

Currently, there are 100 infected per 100,000 inhabitants among the elderly, 250 per 100,000 inhabitants in general, and at least 30 percent of intensive care units are reserved for patients with covid, reports The Guardian.

From Tuesday all bars will close. According to Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin, a difficult moment awaits now.

50 percent restriction on college

At the same time, restaurants will have to introduce new hygienic measures, writes Le Parisien. However, they will remain open.
