Tobias Sana reacts to Sebastian Eriksson at half-time against Husqvarna.
Reigning champions IFK Gothenburg are further away in the Swedish Cup after 3-1 against Husqvarna.
But the most surprising?
A heated breakup dispute between stars Tobias Sana and Sebastian Eriksson where Alhassan Yusuf was forced to step in.
IFK Gothenburg had a difficult season in which the team had a very bad time in the Allsvenskan. The only source of joy for the fans has been the final victory in the Swedish Cup this summer.
In the next edition of the cup tournament, IFK Gothenburg faced the Husqvarna division two team on Wednesday night.
Good start for Blåvitt
He initially railed through 1-0 (8) to August Erlingmark, 2-0 (16) with a strange nod from Sebastian Eriksson and 3-0 (27) from Christian Kouakou.
But home team Husqvarna was reduced to 1-3 (31) through Sebastian Dimitrijevic after a misunderstanding between IFK Gothenburg goalkeeper Tom Amos and Emil Holm.
Amin Affane missed a penalty and Husqvarna had another reduction in goal after a serious foul directly onto the field in his own penalty area from Tobias Sana.
Husqvarna’s goal was rejected for offside, but veteran Sebastian Eriksson, who returned after injury, was still furious at the wrong passer Sana.
When Sana in the next moment hit a safer and less risky pass, Eriksson roared angrily so that it was heard throughout Vapenvallen and on the television broadcast:
– Exactly how to play !!

There is still noise in the middle
When the players left the pitch to take a break a minute later, the dispute between the two former national team players continued.
Sana and Eriksson met in the middle of the field and the fight resumed loudly between the two Blue and White stars.
Alhassan Yusuf held Sana down in a fury as August Erlingmark calmed Eriksson.
In the second half, Sebastian Eriksson left the field when he was replaced in the 64th minute. Tobias Sana was the replacement.
After a goalless second half, the match ended 3-1 for IFK Gothenburg, who are set for the Swedish Cup group stage match this spring.
On Sunday IFK Gothenburg, on the same points as Helsingborg in the qualifying rounds, will meet the Varberg table at home at the Allsvenskan in Gamla Ullevi.
“Turning into skirmishes”
After the final signal, IFK Gothenburg coach Roland Nilsson summed up for Sportbladet:
– We started the game very well and picked up the pace, which unfortunately we lost a bit then and Husqvarna came into the game better. We could have had a bigger advantage at half-time, but in the second half we controlled the game.
It was really heated between Sebastian Eriksson and Tobias Sana during the break. what do you think about it?
– We talked about that. We can be more positive. We will try to be more constructive. We concluded and agreed on that, says Roland Nilsson.
How is the atmosphere in the IFK Gothenburg squad?
– It’s good. There will be some skirmishes, it happens. We shouldn’t be hugging each other all the time.
– We try to push each other, but it is important to do it the right way, says Roland Nilsson.
“With love”
Sebastian Eriksson tells Göteborgs-Posten about the fight with Sana:
– It was noted that I have been charging for a few months … it was a lot of emotions! It was great to be back like I said.
– Tobias and I have known each other for a long time and we both want to win games. There is nothing strange about that. It’s love that we fight, says Eriksson.
