Two Russian warships have breached the Swedish west coast, off the island of Vinga in the Gothenburg archipelago.
Then two Russian corvettes entered Swedish territorial waters for 11 minutes, Defense Minister Peter Hultqvist told TV4, reports Dagens Nyheter.
Sweden has protested against the rape, which occurred on September 14.
– Of course this is a crime. It is a violation of the Swedish territory and is not acceptable according to the regulations that apply. That is why we have called representatives of the Russian embassy, says Peter Hultqvist.
Two days later, a Danish state ship also entered Swedish waters southwest of Gothenburg without a permit and thus violated the provisions of the Access Ordinance.
Both incidents have been reported to the Government Offices, as reported by the Swedish Armed Forces on its website.
