Linda Lindorff felt so bad about the events that she thought the recording would have to be canceled.

Letter writers have contacted farmers Mats Thomsson, Patrik fernlund, Erik Parai Arnesson and Pontus Mikaelsson in search of love, but according to Lindorff, hearts will break. She herself was so heavily influenced by the events that she draws parallels to the drama that took place on the show two years ago.

– Purely emotionally, how I felt about it, it was Simon’s summer style, he says.
2018 farmers dumped Simon Ohlsson just before the love trip, in the sense that her chosen letter writer never showed up at the airport.
– It’s the most brutal spill I’ve ever experienced in my life, Linda Lindorff said then.
According to the host, this summer’s television recording was in jeopardy.
– I was so shocked, I thought we would have to interrupt everything, I felt that this is not possible, I was even a little upset, she says.
Several of the farms are said to be involved in the love drama. Linda Lindorff tries her best not to reveal the plot beforehand, but judging by how little that still counts, love arises on the show, but between “wrong” people.
– I felt that “this is not possible, this is not the way to do it”. It hurt. Hearts are broken, but when the reason is love, it is as it is. You cannot force people to feel and you cannot force people not to feel. What feels good is the only right thing to do and then you have to adjust to it. Love can hurt and the ways of love are unfathomable, he says.
Talked to stakeholders
Linda Lindorff also admits that she first overreacted to the events of the upcoming season.
– You are just a human being, the first thing you think is that no one should be hurt, but when you feel and think, you cannot affect what you feel. If love says so, then you have to adapt. And after talking to stakeholders, I think that was the only right thing to do.
But do I understand you correctly if farmers change partners?
– Now I don’t say more about this, because then it won’t be fun. You can think however you want, but I can’t reveal more because we won’t anticipate events, says Linda Lindorff.
“Farmer looking for a wife” has its season premiere on Wednesday, September 23 at 8:00 p.m. on TV4.
