On Tuesday night, Expressen Moderates party secretary Gunnar Strömmer asked for a comment.
Soon after, the party came back and said that Lars Beckman had deleted the tweet.
Lars Beckman writes on Twitter:
“Since the tweet about the SVT journalist could be misinterpreted, I deleted it. The SVT employee is not an S debater, but what I fear is that the show will be a platform for S debaters, but I’m really the first to hope that I have done it and I was wrong ”.
Bergfeldt’s twitter to the moderates was also noticed by the Secretary of State for the Interior Minister, Mikael Damberg, Oskar Magnusson:
“It should be the leader of the moderate party, not the vulnerable journalist, who scores against trampling,” he wrote on Twitter.

In an email response to Expressen, Carina Bergfeldt develops her thoughts on Lars Beckman’s original post:
“Of course, it’s okay to have opinions about the journalism that I and SVT do, but it’s not okay to spread outright lies. I am not an S-debater and the SVT program management makes the decision to give me a talk show.“, She writes.
She continues:
“I really don’t like commenting on this, my tactic for three years has been to ignore Lars Beckman’s various outbursts, because it bothers me to pay more attention to someone who shouldn’t have it. But honestly, I got really tired.“
