SD leader Jimmie Åkesson is once again expected to help the rest of the opposition inflict defeat on the government.

But the leftist party, the moderates, and the Christian Democrats will not pay you for your efforts.

To what extent is he humiliated?

The future party leader of the Left Party, Nooshi Dadgostar, secretly began his new assignment at a coffee meeting with parliamentary journalists on Tuesday.

Then he announced that the Left Party wants, with the support of moderates and Christian Democrats, to try to stop the proposal to reduce employer contributions for young people in the government’s budget proposal. It was put on the table of the Riksdag this Monday.

For it to be successful, in addition to the support of M and KD, the support of the Swedish Democrats is also required.

This is not the first time, and probably nor the latter, like the Left Party, the Moderates and the Christian Democrats in that case take the Sweden Democrats to help hurt the government. It is your full right to reject proposals that do not have your support, otherwise it would be very strange. Absurd.

But that’s not what this article is about, but the interesting fact of the extent to which Jimmie Åkesson and the Swedish Democrats allow themselves to be exploited by the left and the other right-wing opposition in the fight against the government and its coalition parties, the Party of the Center and the Liberals, without getting anything special. back.

Ulf Kristersson has repeated He sometimes said that there is no place for Swedish democrats in his government, if he can form one at all.

On the other hand, he doesn’t mind using the SD’s 62 seats in the Riksdag when appropriate.

Nooshi Dadgostar upprepade under Meeting of coffee and bull with the journalists of the Riksdag that the Left Party does not speak with the Democrats of Sweden. Communication with them obviously takes place mainly through moderates.

How long can Jimmie Åkesson and his group be ignored? Your votes are desirable, they should be able to sell at a fairly high price.

But so far the Swedish Democrats have he demanded a modest payment for his efforts. It seems that it is enough for them to contribute to a mess and, in the worst case, to a government crisis.

As long as SD does not have its own majority, which they will probably never get while there are eight games in the Riksdag and probably not in other cases either, it is not a sustainable long-term strategy. If they want to have a real impact, and why they wouldn’t want to, they have to show their claws in a different way.

But so far the party is selling cheap AND the rest of the opposition, including Nooshi Dadgostar, are counting on it.
Nooshi Dadgostar is today a member of parliament and vice president of the Left Party. She is proposed as Jonas Sjöstedt’s successor as V-leader and is slated to be elected in late October and early November.

She wants the nine billion to be released if the proposal to stop the reduction of employer contributions for young people instead will increase general state subsidies to municipalities and regions.

The Swedish Democrats also want to stop the proposal, but they have another proposal on how the money should be used.

The moderates and the Christian Democrats wait with information but seem, at least initially, hesitant.

In other words, the last word has not been said on this very issue. Maybe SD is selling more expensive this time.
