Alexei Navalny remains in the Berlin hospital, where he was taken after being poisoned in connection with a flight from Tomsk in Siberia to Moscow in early September. Navalny ended up in a coma but regained consciousness a few days ago. In a post on Instagram, he could be seen sitting with a smile on the hospital bed surrounded by his family.
On Saturday, Navalny posted a new image where you are standing on a ladder. He writes that he still has difficulty climbing stairs because his legs are shaking, but that rehabilitation is progressing, albeit slowly.
The german government has verified with the help of two more laboratories that Navalny was poisoned by the neurotoxin novitjok, the same poison used in the poisoning of the former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter two years ago in Britain.
The effect of the poison has had a great impact on Alexei Navalny’s health, physically and mentally. He is still very weak and writes in his last article how just a few days ago he could not recognize people or pronounce words. But the daily text message training with words on a whiteboard has paid off.

Russia has so far denied that they were involved, and also that it was the novitiate that poisoned Alexei Navalny.
