November 27 is the premiere of the twenty-ninth season of On the Track.

The nine teams are made up in the usual order of veterans and rookies.

New to the game are Eldkvarn singer Plura Jonsson, who teams up with host and journalist Sanna Lundell, and director Tomas Alfredson, who competes with artist Ernst Billgren.

“We are two cobras”

The debut is also made by journalist Frida Boisen and Hamid Zafar, director of the Mullsjö municipality school, who was named 2018 Swedish of the year by Fokus magazine.

– We are both from the city of Gothenburg, so you might think that we are the worst homeless: good and happy. But in reality we are two cobras, says Frida Boisen.

Hamid Zafar believes and hopes that they complement each other in a good way.

– I think we have strengths in different places. Frida has been active in the world of media and the cultural industry for many years. I have experience in a more traditional business: municipality and school.

Claes Elfsberg debuts

Other newcomers include Veckorevyn’s editor-in-chief Irena Pozar, who is paired with musician Patrik Arve and comedy duo Dilan Apak and Moa Lundqvist who will compete together.

Additionally, former Rapport host Claes Elfsberg will put his knowledge to the test together with biathlon legend Magdalena Forsberg, who participated in På Spåret 2006.
