Police and roadblocks outside a hair salon on Södra Stenbocksgatan in Helsingborg after a younger man was taken to hospital in a private car.
Police suspect that a man in his 20s was the target of an attempted murder in connection with a hairdresser in central Helsingborg.
The man, who has serious but non-life threatening injuries, was taken to the emergency room by private individuals at 5.30 p.m. Wednesday.
– At first, it was not clear what had happened, if it was a crime or some kind of accident. After that, in part we have contacted the care personnel, in part we have spoken with people who have to do with the case, and then we arrived at that assessment that at this moment is classified as an attempted murder, says the Police spokeswoman Evelina Olsson.
The police want to contact people who have made observations at the hairdresser where they are suspected of being the target of the attempted murder. You don’t want to comment on the type of injuries the man has.
– We have exchanged a few words with him, but we have not conducted any regular questioning. But of course you want to do it as soon as possible, says Olsson.
No one has been arrested.
