She says this in an interview with Australian Sunrise.

“He wants to be respected”
Paris Hilton thinks she created the voice alongside the character “Paris Hilton” when her career took off in the early 2000s. But now she wants to tell you what she’s like.
– It was time for the world to know who I really am, he says.
– I don’t want to be remembered for being impressed, I want to be respected for the businesswoman that I really am.
But this is not the first time she has spoken as herself in an interview. In 2016, she was a guest on the American show “Today”, where the host reacted to how she sounded.
– This is actually my real voice. My second voice, you know, like the baby voice that I used to have in “Simple Life” … In fact, I have a dark voice actually, he said then.
