Winter is coming. Bruce Springsteen släpper nya albumet “Letter to you” October 23rd.
SINGLE It doesn’t matter if it’s not a strange song.
It’s Bruce Springsteen.

ROCK It should end somewhere.
I should probably do something else now. Bruce springsteen has made countless different variations of “Letter to you” over the years, with or without The E Street Band.
Anyone who, for example, has heard the hidden oddity “Send my love” will be immediately recognized.
The voice is the aging rock veteran who was last heard on the solo album “Western stars.” The music, on the other hand, could be an unreleased discard of “The river”, one of those tracks that didn’t fit into the 22-year-old “Tracks” collection box.
Sounds like the current version of the Springsteen equivalent. The Augusti family try to fit as many instruments as possible in too small a room.
“Letter to You”, and the upcoming album of the same name, were recorded live for a few days at Springsteen’s home studio in New Jersey. And the E Street Band has always sounded better when the members try to create a jukebox out of all the music they love.
It’s an Asbury Park Christmas card. There’s a snowfall on Broadway and lighted marshals along the Central Park trails. It is a rock band that is still trying to make the best female pop single or soul melody that has ever existed.
Today Springsteen is quite lonely in this concentrated warmth, especially in genres that are as old-fashioned as the handwritten letter he sings about.
Many have tried, but no one has managed to copy it. No one will be able to do that either.
Despite its enormous popularity, it feels almost underrated.
