The riots in Rosengård were fueled by rioters there, police suspect. Only four of the 14 people suspected of violent disturbances come from the area, Aftonbladet reports. Among the suspects is a 60-year-old woman.

Fourteen people are suspected of a violent riot in Rosengård following the burning of the Koran in Malmö last weekend. Among them are several people from other districts, such as Kirseberg, Södervärn, Eriksfält, Nydala and Slottsstaden.
Two come from other cities, Hörby and Strömstad, police tell Aftonbladet.
– I knew, for example, Helsingborgers. These people are like business travelers in distress. My feeling was that it was not religious motives, but that many took the opportunity to burn and do it, police inspector Fredrik Brokop, who was working on a picket bus on Friday night, tells the newspaper.
Four of the suspects are residents of Rosengård. These are teens between the ages of 14 and 18, police tell Aftonbladet.
Anti-Semitic slogans were also shouted during the riots, which police are investigating as incitement against ethnic groups.
The violent riots in Rosengård took place after the burning of the Koran and an unauthorized demonstration at Stortorget in Malmö. Three of the Danes were taken from the square by the police, suspected of inciting an ethnic group after kicking the Koran.
