The abuse caused death
The Forensic Medicine Agency performed the father’s autopsy and writes in his statement:
“Overall, the ultimate cause of death has not been identified, but research findings, circumstances (police documents and medical history), and the absence of conflicting findings suggest that death was caused by late effects of drug use. drugs “.
– The autopsy report also does not give reason to criticize the prison staff for how they handled the situation, says Kristian Agneklev.
In the investigation, police and prosecutors have analyzed prison surveillance videos, logbooks with records of the incident and the Swedish Prison and Probation Service’s own internal investigation.
