Meteorologist: heats up more than normal

– On Tuesday, this high pressure begins to set in more and more. This means that we have a sunny day across the country; All in all, it will be sunny, says Mikael Sjöstrand, Klart’s meteorologist.
Applies to care
Temperatures can rise to the 20 mark, or just above, in Svealand, Götaland and along the Norrland coast. High pressure comes from the Norwegian Sea to the west. This contributes to temperatures not being as hot as they would have been if the high pressure had come from southern Europe.
But it is important to follow Tomas Ledin’s call: take it easy, today the sun is shining.

Summer has not yet breathed its last breath.
The day after tomorrow, the high pressure will start to move further east. However, the day will be practically clear in northern Sweden with temperatures above 20 degrees. In the south, there is low pressure on the Baltic Sea and it looks like it will stop in the easternmost parts of the country on Wednesday night.
Fall is late
However, Ledin’s claim that autumn is coming soon is not true. And it is definitely not possible with wind speed, according to Mikael Sjöstrand.
– As it gets a little warmer here on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the fall advance will come to a halt in Norrland. In the south, it’s still hot enough for the average daily temperature to exceed ten degrees, which is required for it to be summer, she says.
– The meteorological summer will last from what I see.
Unstable
On Thursday, unstable weather will set over Sweden. It seems to be out for the week. It seems like Friday is more humid. And during the weekend, the sun and clouds alternate. The temperature will be roughly the same as at the beginning of the week, according to Mikael Sjöstrand.
– It’s unusually mild for September, a few degrees above normal, he says.
