Stina Lindh Hök
The Nyfosa board has appointed Stina Lindh Hök as Nyfosa’s new CEO. She will replace Jens Engwall, who has been the CEO of the company since the Hemfosa spin-off in fall 2018. Stina will take over as CEO on October 26, 2020.
Nyfosa announced Monday morning that Stina Lindh Hök will take over as CEO after Jens Engwall, who has been the company’s CEO since the Hemfosa spin-off in fall 2018.
– I am happy and proud of the confidence to lead and develop Nyfosa. We have an exciting and profitable journey behind us, now I look ahead with the goal of maintaining high transaction activity and creating value through growth and strong cash flows. I am looking forward to continuing the work together with Nyfosa’s strong and dedicated team. Much work remains to be done, says Stina Lindh Hök, incoming CEO.
Transaction manager
Stina Lindh Hök has been Chief Operating Officer of Nyfosa since the company was formed and was Chief Transaction Officer at Hemfosa from 2012 to 2018. Previously, she held positions as Project Director for Transactions at Atrium Ljungberg and Leimdörfer, respectively, and as Administrator of properties in Fabege.
– We are very pleased that Stina Lindh Hök will take over as CEO to continue developing Nyfosa when Jens Engwall decides to remove it. As COO, Stina has played a central role in building Nyfosa to the position the company occupies today. With Stina, Nyfosa gains continuity and new energy through its valuable experience in real estate transactions and business development. Now that Jens Engwall’s role at Nyfosa is changing, I would also like to take the opportunity to thank Jens for his crucial importance to Nyfosa’s development and dynamic corporate culture, says Johan Ericsson, Chairman of the Nyfosa Board of Directors.
Tutor
Jens Engwall will remain as an advisor to the company for a period of two years. He intends to continue being available as a Nyfosa director, also for re-election before the next Annual General Meeting, and to maintain a significant stake in the company.
– I am pleased that in just two years we have created the stable and growing company that Nyfosa is today. Stina has been a driving force in Nyfosa’s transaction operations and I am confident that she will further develop the company in an excellent way and drive continued offensive growth. Stina knows the company, the market and has a fantastic nose for business. We have worked together for ten years and it seems completely obvious that Stina is the one who will now take over as CEO. It will be good, says Jens Engwall, Nyfosa’s outgoing CEO.
