Everyone must continue to endure during the crown crisis, but must also be prepared for “side events,” such as fires, during the summer.
This was stated by Interior Minister Mikael Damberg (S) at a press conference after the crisis management council meeting on the current crown pandemic.
According to MSB CEO Dan Eliasson, preparedness has generally been strengthened during the crown crisis.
“People living in the country have strengthened their own hand tools,” said Eliasson, who also noted that they were reinforced on the mechanical side.
The Crisis Management Council is a forum for the exchange of information between government offices and authorities. The Council normally meets twice a year, but can also be convened during serious events and crises.
