Daniel Kindberg publishes an autobiography later this year.
Now he promises that many unknown pieces of his life will be revealed.

On Thursday, the Football Channel was able to say that Daniel Kindberg publishes an autobiography, written by journalist and author Marcus Birro. The book is slated for release this fall and will be called “My Life: No Defense Number.” The former ÖFK president has been sentenced by the district court to three years in prison for serious financial crimes (a ruling he appealed against), but that legal process will not be a central part of the book, Kindberg himself states.
At various book sites, the book is described, among other things, as follows:
“This is a book about a man who has lived an extraordinary life and who has been given the privilege of living multiple lives in one. These are Daniel Kindberg’s own words, his own book. The book is not a figure of Defense. They are the memories of a man and the life story of why he became who he became and why things went as they were. “
For the soccer channel, Kindberg says he previously had the opportunity to write a book about himself, but that he turned down the offers.
– I think it is a fun, exciting and new experience. The last two or three or four years I have received between eight and ten different requests from journalists and writers who want to write a book. I haven’t really thought about it that much, but in the end I thought it was kind of fun and exciting. So I decided to do that, says Kindberg.
– I haven’t said it several times, but now it was fine. in the part of life that I feel fits well. So I got a good chemistry with Birro. We have met in a football context before and yes, it was.
Was it you or he who contacted to make the book?
– I really don’t remember that. It was a process for a while, so I really don’t remember what it was like.
Why did you choose Marcus?
– I am a very reading person and then I felt like someone who was an author and who wrote many books. I also feel that his appropriation and tone, his way of writing adjusts to my personality and who I am.
Kindberg and Birro started their work on the book last year.
– I really don’t know how long we’ve been working. There are a few different parts to a process when writing a book, but before Christmas I think we start.
How are you feeling so far?
– I think it feels good. It’s something I’ve never done before, so it’s very different from what I thought it was. I am deeply impressed by the writers. I must say that. I am deeply impressed. It is not a small job, like.
About the content of the book he says:
– It is an autobiography of my life, that is what we suppose. The book describes my life, my events and my vision of what I have been through in life.
– It will be about my life, my childhood, my youth and different parts of my adult life. My job, my job, my football life. It will probably be an event paella.
Kindberg has been convicted of the offenses of infidelity to the director, serious infidelity to the director, assistance to infidelity against the director, serious violation of accounting and assistance to serious violation of accounting of the District Court of Ångermanland, and sentenced to three years in prison. The sentence has been appealed and it is still unclear whether the hearing will be held in Superior Court or whether it will be reinstated in District Court.
How much will you talk about the ongoing legal process in the book?
– Actually, I do not know. There is clearly a part, but it certainly is not a central part of my life or the book.
How is that?
– That’s not all, alone. That process does not define me as a person, man, professional and soccer leader. Absolutely not. It is not a central part of my life.
But can the book be a good way to get your version of what happened?
– Not absolutely not. It is not a central part of either my life or the book. It is not by far the most dramatic I have ever experienced. It’s not a big deal. And this is not a forum for me to get something out of.
So won’t that be a lot about that part of the book in the end?
– That part will be the part that is. So, whether it is a lot or a little, I have not defined it. There is a part, but it is not a central part for me.
How do you see the book is likely to be released before the legal process is fully completed?
– It is just as I say, that process does not define me and does not control me. It is not a big part of my life, so it is quite natural. Why should we hang my biography and my life on something that does not define it? It gets weird. It does not become very credible. It doesn’t control anything in my life.
You have been tremendously rewritten in recent years, how many news will we learn about from Daniel Kindberg as we read the book? How much is there that people don’t know about you?
– I think that’s the main part. I think it’s very, very much what’s new. What I would say is the ultimate body.
Is it good for you to get all of that out?
– Really I do not think so. It is more than that. How they rewrote or described me may not be everywhere as I really have been and am. It’s another story. I choose to tell my story my way. We will see how it is done as we get closer, because nobody knows the result. I don’t know how it will be.
Are there people who care now?
– I do not know. We can get back to that in such cases, says Kindberg, laughing.
