A 40-year-old woman is accused of kidnapping her five-year-old son. The title of the prosecution is an approximate autonomy with children.
The child has previously been cared for in accordance with court decisions, and has been placed in a care or accommodation home (HVB).
In late March, the mother met the boy at a planned and supervised social gathering in a Skaraborg city. Then he brought the five-year-old boy from the place. According to the accusation, the woman also tried to flee from an alleged social worker who was when she tried to stop the kidnapping. Therefore, it is also prosecuted for attempted abuse.
The woman and child were found in an apartment in Gothenburg five days later.
The prosecutor evaluates the crime as a serious crime. The woman has previously been convicted of self-incrimination with children, and is now considered to have planned to take the five-year-old boy abroad.
