Eleven of 42 controlled restaurants and cafeterias in Malmö had congestion problems when environmental management inspectors visited him. Above all, it is in the queues of full restaurants that congestion will be greatest, says Malmö’s environmental management in a press release.
Some of the restaurants with these problems have also experienced deficiencies in previous controls and now Skåne infection prevention doctors will be informed of the problem.
In addition to crowding in queues, inspectors also have views on how restaurants are furnished in some cases and that staff have a hard time keeping track of guests at outdoor restaurants.
The most recent check was carried out from Thursday to Saturday last week.
