At 21:21 on Christmas day, the woman alerts the police about the threats of her ex-partner: “I am really scared.”

About 50 minutes later, a police patrol ends the case and leaves the scene.

At 10:58 p.m., the man pushes himself through his patio door and kills her.

Around midnight on Christmas Day 2019, the now accused 52-year-old man alerted police:

– I killed my girlfriend.

A few hours earlier, at 9:21 pm, the police had received an alarm from the woman, a mother of three years and 50 years. In the alarm call, she told him that she had been threatened with the life of 52 years. Like the day before, on Christmas Eve morning, she asked to move out of her home in Kungsbacka.

Among other things, the 52-year-old woman must have written that she “would call her lifeguard” if she wanted to live. In the conversation with the police she was described as very concerned and during the conversation she had been crying hidden in her room.

The operator who received the alarm call immediately dispatched a patrol:

“We just thought that you would go on and check so he doesn’t stay out. Then you can contact her and she can call to warn you of the threat, come. ”

At 10:10 p.m., just under an hour after the woman’s alarm, the police patrol left the scene and ended the case. Something they also communicated to the management center:

“We talked to the notifier there and said goodbye to the house and found nothing. He said he can return with a notification if it becomes relevant. We are going home, or we are going to go out of XX’s direction too, and we will see if we meet him. ”

At around the same time, the 52-year-old man’s cell phone pointer shows he was on the move. According to a preliminary investigation, the man started his bicycle trip to the residence of his former co-inhabitant at 22:20, a bicycle trip of about 16 minutes.

At 10:56 pm, her phone was connected to the wireless network located in the woman’s home. A minute later, he called a relative and asked if he was away from home. Another minute later, at 10:58 pm, a shot rang out in the residential area.

The 52-year-old man had shot himself in the house with shotguns. Something that is also captured by the spy team that previously installed in the woman’s house.

At 23.01 the woman’s pedometer stops.

By then, the 52-year-old man had shot and killed the woman with multiple shots before he took his car and went to murder, according to his own statement, a man with whom he had a relationship.

But he did not find the man and eventually alerted the police and turned himself in and the murder weapon.

Shortly after the incident, the police patrol was suspected of sounding the woman’s first alarm for service failures. In late March, prosecutors closed the investigation: “There is now no reason to suppose that crimes that are subject to public prosecution have been committed.”

In interrogations with the two police officers under investigation, it appears that both stated that they asked him if he wanted to report the man.

According to both police officers, she must have rejected him. “She is not afraid of him when we speak. She doesn’t feel threatened by him when we talk, ”says one of them in his interview.

The 52-year-old man is now being prosecuted in the Varberg District Court. He is suspected of murder, attempted murder, illegal interception, abusive photography, and drunkenness.
