The school, located in Lidköping, has had recurring destruction problems at its base site in Ågårdsskogen for the past two months.
– Almost every Saturday and Sunday someone has been there. You always go with your heart a little bit in your throat because you don’t know what happened this time, says Kerstin Hessle, an outdoor educator at the school, who was also interviewed by NLT earlier.
She says that destruction varies from time to time. Sometimes it is bigger, sometimes smaller.
Among other things, there have been debris, vehicle wheel tracks, shot benches and tables, thrown beer bottles, vomiting, and feces.
“It won’t be a nice place”
– There won’t be a good place. Like someone else has taken the place of all those who want to be there. Not only from school, but also from others who want to grill sausages and whatnot, says Kerstin Hessle.
She adds:
– It gets really nasty. No one wants to be there. From the beginning we had eight banks, now only two remain. And the table is divided. The worst thing is when things break and it is destruction.
The location is 1.5 kilometers from the school and is used during the day by students who have an outdoor education there.
But lately, school staff have had to spend the weekend mornings after the site was sabotaged.
– You feel a little desperate. It doesn’t seem like they are going to have a good time, as I would have liked, but they are going to sabotage. It is very boring, she says.
“They are not the same people”
According to Kerstin Hessle, a police report has been made. But she does not know who is destroying the place.
The times he went there on weekend nights to see if anyone was there, the place was empty.
– I don’t think it’s the same people every time, but it’s probably different ages, says Kerstin Hessle.
The commander of the police station in Lidköping says he is unaware of the police report in question, but that he knows the site was subject to sabotage.
