Already on Saturday afternoon, the warmer spring weather becomes a mere memory.
Dense clouds begin to move over central Norrland and it can snow on the entire north coast.
The rain then faces west from Svealand, and both Värmland and Dalarna can count on snow.
In Gothenburg, you can get wet before the rain hits Stockholm on Sunday night.
It can be less degrees
Then comes the next setback.
– Behind this low pressure, much colder air extends, so the night until Monday becomes very clear and with the right frosts, says Johan Groth, a meteorologist at the Storm meteorological institute.
There may be less degrees overnight to Stockholm.
– We will experience a completely different air mass than we have now.
Then it turns again this weekend
On Monday, it is expected to be below 10 degrees in southern Götaland. Even overnight through Tuesday, it can be a good idea to take delicate flowers in large parts of Sweden, with a really cool night air.
On Tuesday it is still cold with rain in parts of Götaland and Svealand. In Värmland it can snow.
– This cold air remains for a few days, but the positive is that before the weekend temperatures will rise again.
Then it is expected up to 15 degrees in southern Sweden.
