Social Democrats have failed some of the nation’s citizens, says Ebba Busch. According to the leader of the Christian Democrats party, the government has not dealt with Sweden’s plight due to the sufficiently powerful spread of the coronavirus.
Of the 870 deaths reported in Sweden from covid-19 viral disease, up to 40 percent are people who have received care or another service through elder care, reports Dagens Nyheter.
– I get sad when I hear it. Ebba Busch told Ebba Busch magazine that these citizens have failed the social democracy and parts of Sweden that the social democracy has forgotten in its quest for power.
She also believes that welfare workers have been left in the lurch.
– They have to pay the Swedish price, they did not make up for a significantly worsening situation and they had no more preparation to deal with this difficult situation before, she says.
