Xiaomi has released four new phones that claim to provide the highest budget for your money.
Three of them belong to the same series: Redmi Note 9, Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 S.
The heaviest in performance of the trio, the Redmi Note 9 Pro, has a 6.67-inch display, Snapdragon 720G circuit, a massive 5020 mAh battery, and 30W fast charge. It has four rear cameras with a 64 MP main lens, an ultra wide-angle lens with a 119-degree field of view, and standard features like portrait and night mode.
Xiaomi repeatedly recalled that Redmi Note 9 Pro has what the company believes to be flagship performance.
And the price? $ 269 for the model with 6GB of memory and 64GB of storage. If you want 128GB of storage, the price increases to $ 299.
However, the cheapest one is the Redmi Note 9, which starts at $ 199.
The launch of Redmi was expected. More unexpected was a supplement in the Mi Note 10 family: Mi Note 10 Lite. A slightly realistic version of the models Ny Teknik previously tested. Among other things, Xiaomi has eliminated the most commented with the older models: the 108 megapixel camera. On the other hand, the price is lower, from 349 euros.
Sales start in mid-May, but it is unclear what prices and dates will apply to the Swedish market. “The launch and availability in the Swedish market will be presented shortly,” says Xiaomi.
