To gain access to the plus service, you must enter into an agreement with ESMG by registering and paying the subscription fee.
ESMG continually renews and improves the plus service, which means that we can add, change and remove content and features without notice. ESMG reserves for any typographical errors on any of our sites that provide information on any of our plus services.
Activation of the plus service
Your subscription will begin when you complete the registration form and pay the fee for the plus service. This gives you access to the plus service while your subscription is running. In the event that no subscription fee is paid during the initial period (as defined by your registration), the plus service will start when you complete the registration form and register a payment option.

Once you have registered and paid the fee for the plus service, a confirmation will be sent to you via the email address provided at the time of registration. The confirmation contains the terms and conditions for your subscription. The information you entered when registering will be in your account. We ask that you verify that this information is correct. If any information is incorrect, you must change it through your account. You are responsible for the correct contact details.

To subscribe to the plus service, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, the approval of the parent or other guardian is required for you to register and use the plus service. By registering and paying the fee, you certify at the same time that you have obtained such approval from the parent or other guardian. You are always deemed to guarantee the accuracy of any information they provide about you.
Duration of subscription and termination
Your subscription can be a permanent subscription or a scheduled subscription. It appears in your order and registration for the plus service if your subscription is a permanent subscription or if it is scheduled.
A long-term subscription means that you will have access to the plus service for a certain period of time (generally one (1) month), which is extended for the same period if you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the period. Therefore, if you do not want your extended subscription to be extended, you must cancel it 48 hours before the current period expires. Cancellation can be done on My Page under each site you are logged into.
A scheduled subscription means that you will have access to the plus service for the specified period of time and that the subscription will automatically end. A scheduled subscription cannot be canceled prematurely.
ESMG has the right to cancel your subscription, either a permanent subscription or a scheduled subscription, thirty (30) days in advance. ESMG also has the right to immediately cancel or freeze your subscription if ESMG suspects that you are breaking these Terms.
Service fee plus
The subscription service for the plus service consists of a generally monthly fee and is always paid in advance. If the fee is not monthly, it is indicated at the time of registration. The current rate is also shown in your registration. The indicated rate includes VAT.
ESMG reserves the right to change the rate for the plus service in case of cancellation of the subscription. The modified rate will apply from the next period, as long as you do not cancel your subscription before the period expires. A scheduled subscription is not affected by a possible price change during the agreed binding period.
Clear payments
ESMG uses Klarna Payments as a payment solution. Klarna Payments presents information to you as soon as it is identified. The information you need to enter to identify can vary between different purchasing opportunities and customers. Credit information is never taken directly into Klarna Payments, but if necessary, depending on the payment option you have chosen. Credit information taken by Klarna does not affect your credit rating and cannot be seen by other people who request credit information about you, such as banks. Once you have been identified, Klarna Payments will present you with the available options. The invoice is administered as a payment option, but of course you can choose one of the other alternatives, such as direct payment through the bank or card payment. The alternatives they offer may change from time to time. You can choose whether you want to protect your use of Klarna Payments with a PIN code. The Plus service can only be used for private and non-commercial use. Your subscription is personal and your rights under these Terms cannot be transferred to anyone else. You must keep your user information in your account secure and inaccessible to other people. If you have reason to suspect that an unauthorized person has accessed your user information, you should inform ESMG as soon as possible. You are responsible for any damage caused by someone unauthorized who uses your information.
You also cannot use the plus service for ESMG or others to suffer inconveniences or injuries. Please note in particular what applies to the rights to the content of the plus service in point 6 below.
All content provided through the plus service, such as text, still images and moving images, graphics, drawings and data codes, is protected by the Copyright Law (1960: 729) and ESMG or its licensors have the rights corresponding. ESMG trademarks and features are protected by trademark law. Creating an account and using the plus service does not give you the right to reproduce, copy, assign, lease, transfer or use the content contained in the plus service, or to use the trademarks and characteristics of ESMG.

Your access to the plus service depends at all times on the fact that you have the necessary hardware and software, such as your browser and email programs, as well as Internet connection subscriptions. ESMG assumes no responsibility for your access to hardware and software, nor for the functionality of these or any costs that third parties, such as Internet or mobile phone operators, may impose on you for the use of the plus service. The plus service is compatible with the latest operating systems.
ESMG is not responsible for the function, availability, quality, usability or security of the plus service. This limitation of liability covers any damage, direct or indirect, that can be attributed to the use, or barriers to use, plus the service and its content. Nor can ESMG be held responsible for any third-party content or information that it may have obtained through the use of the plus service.
ESMG has the right to temporarily close the plus service to carry out system maintenance, upgrade or take other technical measures. ESMG shall, to the extent possible, carry out these actions with the least possible interference to you. ESMG will not be responsible for any damage or loss that you may suffer as a result of the access limitations of the plus service as established above.
The plus service may contain links to other websites controlled by third parties. ESMG is not responsible for the content and charges of such linked sites.
ESMG has the right to change these Terms. A change of terms will take effect not earlier than thirty (30) days after the modified terms have been notified to you through the email address you provided when registering for the plus service. If you disagree with the change of terms, you can cancel your subscription within the 30-day period mentioned above. A cancellation can be made by email to XXXI. If you did not cancel your subscription or use the plus service after the new terms have entered into force, this means that you are deemed to have accepted the new amended terms.
If you subscribe as an individual, you have the right to cancel your purchase. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of your request for the plus service. You can notify us by contacting ESMG customer service through XXX. The Consumer Agency website (www.konsumentverket.se) has a form that you can use to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If the subscription has already been paid by exercising the right of withdrawal, we will refund the subscription fee. Since the payment of the plus service is made through Klarna Payments, the fee is reimbursed through Klarna.
You agree that ESMG may contact you through the email address provided in your registration in order to inform you of the terms and conditions or other notices related to your subscription or plus service.
We also use your email to send you direct marketing communications, such as newsletters, information and offers about ESMG’s various services and brands. If you do not wish to receive these messages, you can unsubscribe either by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or by changing the account settings on My Page.
These Terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law. Any dispute must be resolved by the Swedish public court, with the Stockholm District Court as the first instance. The dispute may also be judged by the General Complaints Board, whose decision is a recommendation to the parties on how the dispute should be resolved.
