At 4.30 pm, the Borås police were alerted due to a shooting. According to the police, this is a man in his 25s who was shot in the leg by a masked man.
The masked perpetrator fled the scene and now several police patrols are looking for him.
– We have several police patrols and also a canine patrol in place. We also have a police helicopter that is underway and will search for the suspect, says Peter Adlersson.
Police claim the shooting occurred in central Borås and are now investigating whether there are cameras that may have captured both the incident and the man’s escape route.
