In the coordinated attack, which was led by Gränscenter Öresund, 17 people were arrested on Monday.
It involves ten men and seven women between the ages of 25 and 60.
Gränscenter Öresund is a collaboration between the Danish and Swedish police and several groups from both police authorities participated in the attack.
Of those arrested, seven are suspected of smuggling and selling skunk, while three are suspected of producing the drug.
In connection with the raid, the police conducted house searches at 26 addresses in Denmark and Sweden. Several seizures were made, including seven kilos of skunk, almost two kilos of hashish, a large quantity of cannabis plants, 450 joints, various firearms and mixed currency for a total value of 550,000 Danish crowns.
– Today’s effort went according to plan and I am pleased that we have now put in place a criminal ring that has taken the Swedish market out of action with Danish-produced skunk, says Police Inspector Henrik Andersen, head of Gränscenter Öresund, according to a statement press.
