A 13-year-old boy who disappeared from his school in Kalmar on Monday morning was found overnight at a location in western Sweden.
Both school staff and police searched for the boy around Kalmar during the day, but in the end it was a clue from the public that led to the boy being found, Evelina Olsson, a press spokesperson for the Southern Police Region told TT. .
– This is a great commitment from the public and several tips pointing in the same direction, where public transport was mentioned. One led the other and resulted in the boy being found.
According to Evelina Olsson, the 13-year-old probably went to the place where he was found by bus. The boy has a connection to the place, but she doesn’t want to go into more detail about what it looks like.
– Regarding his state of health, he seems to feel good and is now addressing his parents, says Evelina Olsson.
