Suspected attack in Portland takes to social media to forge financial help


A 25-year-old man who remains in custody after police identified him as the suspect who beat up another man during violent demonstrations in Portland, Ore., On Sunday, has apparently taken to social media to ask for financial help.

Marquise Love, nicknamed “Keese Love”, is being questioned by police for attacking a man identified as Adam Haner in the middle of the street, during a chaotic demonstration that took place just blocks away. a demonstration of Black Lives Matter.

In a post on SnapChat, Love claims he did nothing wrong.

“Maybe last night going to jail for murder for a racist when all I did was fight him,” Love wrote cleanly, according to an image obtained by The Sun. “Find it on Twitter money on my books and come see me.”

Video footage of Sunday night’s violent attack shows that someone seems to be the Love who comes after Haner as he kneels in the street and kicks him in the face.

Haner’s girlfriend said she was sitting in his truck when he tracked down a woman who was mosquitoes and stopped to help. An angry mob turned their attention to the couple. Haner got back into the truck and drove away, but apparently shot in a chase.

Haner was then dragged out of the car and attacked. Video of the attacks shows the suspect identified as Love punching and kicking Haner. He then ran up behind him and kicked him in the face, police said.

The attack caused Haner to fall to the ground and lose consciousness. Several spectators approached him and he was taken to a hospital. The attack was widely circulated on social media, sparking outrage.

According to records provided to Fox News, Love has a long rap sheet dating back to at least 2012. Police said they had contact with Love, and urged him to turn himself in, but have not yet found him.
