Stachy Dash’s estranged husband Jeffrey Marty has asked a judge to annul her marriage after claiming he was ‘hypnotized’ in the union.
The lawyer is said to have claimed that he only married the Clueless star, 53, in April 2018 – just 10 days after they first met – when ‘hypnotic prayer techniques’ were used by a pastor who ‘put serious religious pressure on him’.
The actress announced in April that the couple had ended their marriage and in June they filed for a divorce petition in Pasco County, Florida.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ on Wednesday, Jeffrey has now filed new court papers in response to her divorce petition.
The website claims that the lawyer only married Stacey 10 days before her marriage, her pastor ‘unexpectedly and suddenly proclaiming that it was God’s will’ that they marry.
Jeffrey also reportedly stated that he was unable to allow the nuptials because ‘hypnotic prayer techniques’ were used and that there was ‘pressure from other clergy’.
TMZ claims that the lawyer did not describe the ‘hypnotic’ techniques, while Stacey’s lawyers ‘did not fully admit’ to the claims.

The actress’ legal team apparently said he showed “no unusual signs about his mental state at the time” and also asked for cancellation.

Stacey filed for divorce from her fourth husband Jeffrey in June after nearly two years.

She is said to have mentioned the date of divorce on October 1, 2019, which was exactly a year-and-a-half after they got married on April 6, 2018.
The documents also revealed that the two had no personal property in common, which had to be divided.
Stacey also claimed that her income was $ 2500 per month.
Back on April 30, the actress tweeted her 157K followers on Instagram when she made the announcement that she was dating her fourth husband.

The Clueless star and lawyer married in April 2018 in Florida reported just 10 days after they first met.
Stacey was arrested for domestic battery investigation in September in Florida.

Photographs of body cameras from her arrest showed Dash handcuffed as she was placed in the back of a squad car.
Dash had called police to her home in Florida and claimed her husband had placed her in a chokehold.
She was arrested for domestic battery investigation after Pasco County Sheriff’s Office deputies who arrived on the scene saw Jeffrey had red scratch marks on his left arm.

Dash was previously married to Brian Lovell, James Maby and Emmanuel Xuereb.
