Columbia, S.C. – The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) today announced the following COVID-19 improvements.

  • Confirmation and probable cases: 250,386 / 20,151
  • Confirmation and probable death: 4,529 / 366
  • Tests for South Carolinians: 3,286,655

Test Opportunities (scdhec.gov/find test)

  • Statewide testing opportunities available: 167

Percent positive (scdhec.gov/COVID19 dashboard)

  • 12,767 new individual test results (including antibody tests) reported across the state
  • 22.9% positive
